LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative for a call center in Louisville, KY.

Contract Role:

  • 6 months

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Several shifts available: 8-4:30, 9-5:30, 10-6:30 EST
  • First two weeks of training: 8:30am-5pm

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience with high volume of calls
  • Computer literacy

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exhibit ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a team environment and take direction
  • Strong customer service skills

Compensation:

  • $17 per hour

Location:

  • Louisville, KY (100% onsite)
