At FASTSIGNS of Louisville, KY, we're seeking a skilled Sign Production Specialist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Sign Production Specialist is responsible for the fabrication and finishing of signs, including vinyl application, printing, and laminating. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet high-volume production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, routing, painting, and laminating
  • Operates and maintains specialized equipment, such as CNC routers and paint spraying systems
  • Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production to ensure high-quality results
  • Works on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Reports inventory levels and stock to the center manager/production manager

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail required
  • Able to work well under pressure and lift 50 or more pounds
  • Experience with paint spraying equipment and operating a CNC router is preferred
