  • Work closely with management to adjust service repair jobs to meet customer demands effectively.
  • Provide on-the-job support to technicians facing challenges in their daily tasks.
  • Foster strong relationships with technicians to alleviate the pressures of schedule adjustments.
  • Assist in diagnostic processes and test drives as required by the service sales team.
  • Monitor sudden changes in service job scheduling to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Aid service sales personnel in accurately documenting repair orders, including complaints, causes, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the service manager to review shop performance and address any outstanding issues.
  • Execute various administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to designated work hours, including breaks and lunches, as outlined by management.
  • Report any safety or integrity concerns to management promptly.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and maintain hygiene standards in line with dealership expectations.
