Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Supporter to join our team at ABLE Associates. As a Residential Supporter, you will play a vital role in providing direct care services to adults living in residential homes with developmental/intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care services that promote the development of independent and community living skills.
  • Support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Document and report on individual progress and any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Pass a Cori check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • TB test within the past 6 months.
  • High school diploma.
Compensation:

$16.50-$20 per hour, depending on shift and experience.
