- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Supervise and assist patients in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to hospital standards and regulations.
Taunton State Hospital is a 62-bed inpatient facility operated by the Department of Mental Health, providing continuing care services to adults with major mental illnesses. Our hospital is committed to integrating the Principles of Recovery and a rehabilitation philosophy into our treatment model, ensuring a supportive and empowering environment for our patients.
Requirements- Experience: At least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in providing direct care services to individuals with mental health needs.
- Education: An Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as psychology, human services, or mental health, may be substituted for the required experience.
