Residential Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at CO-OP, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and other disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor health care and personal support services to enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Administer medications and implement nursing treatment plans.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, parents, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and assess the general health status of participants, including hygiene issues and skin integrity.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accurate medication management.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Maintain current BLS Certification in Massachusetts.
- Physical capabilities to perform direct service duties.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Benefits:
