Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure a warm welcome to all guests.
  • Register guests efficiently and accurately, using various software systems.
  • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Establish and maintain good communication with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions.
  • Obtain necessary information when taking room reservations and follow rate quoting scenarios.
  • Familiarize yourself with all hotel policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology.
  • Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including helping coworkers in other areas of the hotel and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
