Job Overview

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be an integral part of our guest services team, creating a positive first impression and ensuring seamless experiences for our guests. This role involves providing top-notch customer service and efficiently managing valet parking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Guests: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel amenities.
  • Luggage Assistance: Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly, offer assistance with carrying luggage, and provide information about room features.
  • Valet Parking: Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles, safely drive and park vehicles adhering to company and safety standards.
  • Guest Services: Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services, relay important information about guest preferences and special requests.
  • Safety and Security: Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly, adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
  • Preferred but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $14 to $20+ per hour (average rate of base pay, plus tips and potential bonuses).
