Position Summary

The Commercial Closing Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the concluding phases of the closing process. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including loan officers, underwriters, title agencies, and legal representatives, to ensure a seamless and efficient closing experience. Attention to detail is paramount as the supervisor meticulously reviews loan documentation to confirm accuracy and completeness, thus avoiding potential delays or discrepancies. This role serves as the main point of contact for addressing inquiries and providing clarity throughout the process. The ultimate objective is to facilitate a smooth closing experience for both borrowers and lenders while adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in commercial closing or related fields within the financial services sector.
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing commercial lending to ensure compliance throughout the closing process.
  • Extensive experience in reviewing various commercial loan documents.
  • Proven ability to manage closing timelines and coordinate with multiple parties involved in the process.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of addressing inquiries from clients and team members professionally.
