Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, uphold, and follow a prioritization system for scheduling all service tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all manufacturer warranty claims in accordance with their specifications.
  • Oversee a team of up to 15+ technicians.
  • Assign tasks and work areas to staff based on their expertise and experience.
  • Guarantee that the service department is well-equipped with necessary tools and that all service equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
  • Advise on the acquisition of service vehicles, ensure proper maintenance of vehicles, and keep accurate maintenance records.
  • Organize training initiatives and customer service-related workshops.
  • Track performance metrics monthly to ensure departmental objectives are met.
  • Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Able to excel in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
