Job Title: ArcGIS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ArcGIS Consultant to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the use of ArcGIS software and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise on ArcGIS software and related technologies to internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement GIS solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS data into business processes
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for GIS-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain GIS data layers and maps
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on GIS software and related technologies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in navigation with skills in ArcGIS software and related technologies
  • Ability to complete Client Project Training for all map data layers
  • Ability to complete Client Tools Training for map data editing, edit tracking, and reporting
  • General skills in open-source research for map data corroboration
  • Ability to conduct targeted research in registered data sources
  • Fluency or ability to gain fluency with macOS, Numbers, Pages, Slack, Quip, Mail, Calendar, and Client Maps
  • Good communication skills
  • Research issues and edit GIS data per requirements set in the Client ticketing system
  • Escalate issues to Project Lead where appropriate
