**Job Summary**
As an Outside Sales Representative for our Energy business, you will be responsible for selling energy products, maintaining distribution and logistics, and performing customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities to provide consultative services for businesses and customers, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Develop customer lists to include current and prospective customers, and build relationships through proactive service.
- Call on current and prospective customers to promote CHS products and services, and build a strong understanding of various products.
- Prepare bids and proposals to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Obtain information on market and industry trends, competitors, and sales programs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
**Requirements**
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
