Parts Sales Representative Job Description
> Sahling Kenworth is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell heavy duty and light duty truck parts over the phone
- Maintain high customer satisfaction among assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services
- Conquest and grow new accounts
- Maintain liaison with important customers
- Promote sales of parts and accessories
- Successfully complete product and sales training courses
- Develop and maintain full working knowledge of company systems, procedures, and policies
- Maintain parts-related correspondence
- Keep up to date on new products
Requirements:
- High school diploma; associates degree preferred
- Prior sales experience
- Computer, mathematical, and customer service skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a dealership environment
- Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
