Equipment Sales Representative

Job Summary
Titan Machinery is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our customers and company technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide parts and support to customers and company technicians in a professional and efficient manner.
- Parts Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and be able to quickly locate and provide parts to meet customer needs.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that parts are properly stocked and organized to meet customer demand.
- Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of related work experience or a high school diploma/GED.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Continuous Learning: A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on product and system training.
