As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of programs for recognized student organizations, collaborating with a team to provide programming centered around leadership, and serving as an advisor to a student organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, such as Big Red Welcome events, Involvement Fairs, and Student Impact Awards.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop and implement programming centered around leadership for recognized student organizations and the student body.
  • Serve as an advisor to a student organization, providing guidance and support to help the organization achieve its goals.
  • Manage and oversee administrative tasks related to recognized student organizations, including registration and event planning.
  • Conduct assessments related to departmental initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Student Organizations and Leadership strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with the campus community and other stakeholders to offer programs and services that benefit the student body.
