We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Executive to join our team at We Guide, You Grow LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's regional and national expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand market share, and increase revenue in the sports and entertainment sectors.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to establish pricing strategies, budgets, and sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to network, promote services, and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the fireworks industry or a related field, preferably in NHL, NFL, MLB, minor league baseball, or NBA ticketing and sponsorship sales.
  • Strong knowledge of fireworks manufacturing, safety regulations, and display production.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related major is preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position requires travel up to 60% of the time, including local and overnight travel.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus a sliding scale commission from 4% to 8% of gross profit from new business, and bonus eligibility at 10% of base salary.
