Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Responsible for reviewing initial sales agreements against final finance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Sales Agreement Finalization: Utilize discretion to amend sales agreements during customer closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Funding Coordination: Gather necessary lender-required documentation to facilitate the funding process efficiently.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project coordination from bid collection to project completion, selecting the most suitable vendors and ensuring quality work.
  • Vendor Accountability: Hold vendors to their written estimates and address any discrepancies that arise during the project.
  • Customer Service Management: Take full responsibility for scheduling and authorizing services to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure contract fulfillment.
  • Issue Resolution: Directly communicate with dissatisfied customers, negotiate solutions, and escalate significant issues to upper management when necessary.
  • Database Oversight: Update deal tracking and status reports based on personal assessments, ensuring accurate and timely information management.
  • Commission Oversight: Review costing for commission payments and enter key information necessary for accurate commission processing.
