Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at a full-service property. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the valet team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient parking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily operation of the valet team, including scheduling and staffing
  • Supervise and train valet attendants and dispatchers to ensure high-quality service
  • Ensure the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles, including storing and retrieving guest belongings
  • Assist guests with their luggage and respond to their inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized parking environment
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background screening
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug testing process
  • Must successfully obtain and maintain an airport badge
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience
  • Must have experience in the hospitality, restaurant, tourism, or retail industries
  • Must have excellent oral communication skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations, including stairs
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles of varying heights

Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times, including when working behind the scenes. This includes wearing clean and well-maintained approved uniforms, maintaining a well-groomed appearance, and adhering to the company's dress code policy.
