As a Valet Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations of the valet team
  • Supervise and train valet attendants and dispatchers
  • Staff and schedule a 24/7 operation
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely
  • Store or retrieve guest belongings
  • Assist guests with luggage
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or tourism industries is a plus
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment

As a Valet Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying elevations and weather conditions. You must be able to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace for the duration of your shift.

Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times. This includes wearing clean and well-maintained uniforms and adhering to company appearance guidelines.
