Job Title: Production Engineer - II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer - II to join our team at North American Lighting Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing production processes that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Plan, design, and implement production processes that ensure the efficient and effective manufacturing of our products.
  • Manufacturability:** Ensure that new product designs are manufacturable and meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot molding processes in production to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for process engineering and investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Support project timelines and coordinate the design and installation of new equipment to ensure seamless integration into our production processes.
  • Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for Value Engineering and develop ideas for new product designs that meet our quality and cost targets.
  • Maintenance and Quality: Develop maintenance check sheets for production equipment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained to prevent downtime and ensure quality.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, and 2-4 years of manufacturing experience.
