Administrative Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at UTHealth as an Administrative Coordinator - Supply Chain Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a department or group of professionals, with a focus on supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- At least one year of related work experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or business management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
