Senior Technical Support Specialist

At Diverse Lynx, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our on-premise vendor supplied applications, SaaS solutions, and custom applications, tools, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to on-premise vendor supplied applications, SaaS solutions, and custom applications, tools, and integrations.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Linux (RHEL) servers.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and procedures.
- Provide end-user support to on-premise vendor supplied applications, SaaS solutions, and custom applications, tools, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and issues.
- Train and support end-users with the use of technology.
- 5+ years of experience in Linux Server administration.
- Strong Linux Server administration experience.
- Configuration, monitoring, and maintaining of Linux (RHEL) servers.
- Job scheduling, user permissions, logging, command line, etc.
- Apache HTTP, script development experience preferred.
- Software Development experience.
- Providing technical support to on-premise vendor supplied applications, SaaS solutions, and custom applications, tools, and integrations.
- Creating, debugging, and maintaining in-house applications using Python and C#.NET.
- Web development experience preferred (Apache HTTP, Microsoft IIS).
- Kafka client development experience preferred.
- Application development experience with Oracle and SQL Server preferred.
- Bash script development experience preferred including MS Powershell.
- DevOps tools experience preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based development particularly AWS is preferred.
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements.
