Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer equipment
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
