Lead a Distributed Team

Manage a team of architects, engineers, and analysts responsible for the evolution and maintenance of our Sales and Marketing technologies, distributed across multiple locations and time zones.

Manage Support and Metrics

Oversee the support team and measure support metrics to improve throughput and quality.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company, align and prioritize a multitude of business needs within a consolidated strategy.

Consult on New Systems and Integrations

Consult on the implications of new systems, integrations, and changes to existing technologies.

Refine and Improve Development Work

Refine and improve ongoing development, break-fix and implementation work using Agile methodologies.

Define Governance Processes

Define, mature, and enforce governance processes and technology controls.

Ensure Effective QA

Work closely with the teams to ensure thorough and effective QA on projects.

Monitor and Report on Technology Health

Maintain Executive Relationships

Maintain and develop relationships with executive leadership across Tanium to enhance strategy alignment and awareness of new and existing capabilities.

Requirements
  • IT Leadership Experience

10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a proven track record of running a team of architects, administrators, engineers and analysts, assessing performance, and cultivating talent.

Salesforce Development Experience

5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, functionality, integrations, and development processes.

Peripheral Sales Cloud Experience

3+ years of experience with peripheral Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Marketing tools (CPQ, Marketo, etc).

Integration Systems Experience

Strong knowledge of integration systems (Salesforce, Workato, API's etc).

DevOps Tools Experience

Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, GitHub.

Agile and Scrum Experience

Strong experience working with Agile and Scrum, with the ability to lead the Agile team and manage the backlog.

Enterprise Business Applications Experience

Good understanding of enterprise business applications (ERP, HRIS) is a plus.

Communication Skills

Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, with success in this role driven by your ability to connect with stakeholders and drive consensus.
