- Research and implement employment laws relevant to our operations.

- Process necessary documentation for payroll and insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files.
- Oversee office supplies and serve as a contact point for employees.
- Execute routine HR tasks and investigations, focusing on performance and morale.
- Address employment-related inquiries from various stakeholders.
- Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Create and update training resources and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn HRIS and time-keeping systems.
- Experience with government contracts.
- Familiarity with Paylocity and/or Unanet.
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
