  • Execute routine HR tasks and investigations, focusing on performance and morale.
  • Address employment-related inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Create and update training resources and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS and time-keeping systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with government contracts.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and/or Unanet.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
