HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team at Memorial Hospital of Laramie County. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our employees and supporting the overall success of our organization.

• Provide support to all HR staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and technical duties related to pre-hire and post-hire activities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to successfully accomplish projects and tasks, consistently demonstrating high-level customer service skills.
• Maintain and monitor personnel files in accordance with our organization's policies, ensuring data integrity of all HR systems.
• Create ID badges and assign appropriate security profiles, while participating in continuous learning to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• May assist in developing best practices around procedures and processes, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of job-related experience, or three or more years of job-related experience with a high school diploma.
• Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with HRIS systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
