Sickle Cell Community Liaison Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sickle Cell Community Liaison Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of patient-facing employees and developing and executing patient engagement strategies for the Sickle Cell community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Sickle Cell Community Liaisons to engage and educate patients and caregivers, advocacy organizations, and specialty pharmacy representatives.
- Develop and execute patient engagement strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, medical, patient support, and market access teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community-based organization leadership, state and local advocacy organizations, patients, caregivers, and specialty pharmacy representatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive patient engagement.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan, overseeing a team's development and execution of local territory plans with consistent and exceptional results.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree, and/or Pharm D required.
- Minimum of 6 (six) years of progressive pharmaceutical, healthcare sales, or community engagement leadership experience required.
- 2 (two) years management experience preferred.
- 2 (two) years of experience in Sickle Cell preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $121,050 to $211,840, as well as a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
