Job Title: Vice President of Information Technology

About the Role:

The Vice President of Information Technology will lead the development and implementation of The Gardner School's information systems, ensuring a user-friendly and reliable experience for customers and Team Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive technology strategy to support the growth and evolution of the company
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to select and implement technology tools that optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Lead the analysis of business requirements and manage the development of information systems
  • Manage an internal team and external resources to deliver technology projects and initiatives
  • Develop and manage IT policies and procedures to support departmental and organizational goals

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical role, with significant leadership experience preferred
  • Project management experience and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of IS policies and procedures
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
