We are looking for a Lead Civil Design Specialist to join our team at SMRT inc. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design of complex projects from concept to completion.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely delivery of civil engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues related to civil engineering services.
  • Provide expert guidance on civil engineering best practices and standards.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in site design, master planning, and civil engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000. We offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, healthcare, dental, and life insurance, 401(K) retirement savings plan, education and training assistance, and reimbursement for licensure.
