About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at SMRT Inc. As a Lead Site Planner, you will be responsible for leading the development of site plans, designing drainage systems, and coordinating with other disciplines to deliver high-quality projects.

In this role, you will provide civil engineering services for public and private clients, organize and manage design tasks, and direct the preparation of specifications and bid packages. Your expertise in site planning, design, and construction administration will be essential in driving our success.

We offer a competitive salary ($160,000 - $200,000 per year), flexible work environment, and comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, healthcare, and retirement savings plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide civil engineering services for public and private clients.
  • Organize and manage design tasks for projects from preliminary to final design.
  • Direct the preparation of specifications, cost estimates, construction drawings, and bid packages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of site design, master planning and civil engineering experience.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, with the ability to acquire licenses in multiple states.
