Distribution and Supply Chain Specialist

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Distribution and Supply Chain Specialist. This position involves performing various tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of assigned areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for transporting cargo to and from specified destinations driving a 16' box truck.
Key Responsibilities- Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
- Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
- Relocate and consolidate material
- Prepare and assemble packing lists
- Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks
- Drive a truck with capacity up to three tons and usually six wheels to transport materials
- Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo
- Prepare delivery schedule
- Deliver materials to locations designated by the customer
- Obtain customer's signature for proof of delivery and help to unload truck
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Must have a valid Class C CDL license
- 2 years required of truck driving experience
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
