This position plays a pivotal role in advancing new business efforts in the Americas region. As a Head of Growth, you will oversee sales pipelines, foster strategic partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a robust GTM strategy for the Americas. Your responsibilities will include developing pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referrals, driving prospects through the buying journey from initial discussion to contract signature.
A successful candidate must be an accomplished sales leader with a deep understanding of complex markets and client needs. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a natural talent for relationship-building are essential. Strategic thinking, creativity, and a collaborative mindset will be valuable assets in driving growth and innovation in this role.

Competitive Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum.
