Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal IT department staff, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and maintain cloud services, including file and print services, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualized environments.
  • Monitor network and system utilization, and perform accurate reviews and prompt resolutions of software, computer, and peripheral problems.
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships and communication with the Credit Union team members and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience required.
  • MCSE certification preferred.
