Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve clients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families to promote independent living.

Qualifications include:

  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
