Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Program Coordinator to co-lead our elementary program, On Belay, working closely with the Director of Programs and Family Advocates to ensure program goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement student-centered activities, field trips, and special events at On Belay after-school and summer programs for K-5 youth.
  • Maintain regular communication with families in the program and within The Village, meeting with guardians and Family Advocates to craft individualized plans tailored to each child.
  • Attend and participate in all required meetings, including FST meetings, weekly staff meetings, off-site planning sessions, one-on-ones, and the annual staff retreat.
  • Maintain accurate program records, including attendance, student progress, and evaluation data, while preparing reports for funders, stakeholders, and board members.
Salary and Benefits

This salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $38,000 to $42,000 annually, paid by direct deposit twice per month. Additionally, we provide health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and spiritual renewal.
