Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at STC Direct Inc. About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to capture new market share.
  • Through effective communication and negotiation skills, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and exceeded.
  • You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform future business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the marketing & sales industry.
  • An excellent understanding of sales principles, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
