Job Description

This role reports to the property or leasing manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

The Apartment Leasing Representative will be responsible for the day-to-day leasing of apartment homes to prospective residents, serving as the first line of defense for the property manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting tours of the community and homes
  • Completing required paperwork
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors
  • Marketing the community as needed
