Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to our warehouse operations, working closely with management and HR colleagues to drive business results.

Responsibilities:
  • Counsel management and employees on performance management, policy questions, attendance, and conflict resolution, providing coaching, training, and disciplinary strategies.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, phone interviews, background checks, drug screens, and new hire orientation.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with employees, inspiring trust, confidence, and respect, and working with leaders to shape HR plans and solutions.
  • Onboard, coach, and train employees in the warehouse to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, such as ADA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, EEO, OSHA, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • An associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Three years of related experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, effective communication, listening, coaching, delegation, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain confidentiality, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
