Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other personnel to ensure seamless submission and review of documentation, aligning with project milestones and objectives.
  • Track and monitor document revisions, approvals, and distribution, maintaining the integrity of document control processes and ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
  • Establish and enforce procedures for document control, ensuring that best practices and industry standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on document status, ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and aligned with project milestones and objectives.
  • Support audit processes by providing accurate documentation and records for project compliance, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Ensure that all project-related documents are stored securely and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Document Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in document control, preferably in capital projects, construction, or engineering environments.
  • Proficiency in document control software and tools such as Aconex, SharePoint, or other document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple teams and departments, fostering a culture of transparency and cooperation.
  • Familiarity with document control standards and practices in industrial settings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to document control is highly desirable.
