Nurse Manager Assistant Med Surg Medical Nights

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating patient care delivery on our assigned nursing units.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care delivery on assigned nursing units
- Plan, direct, and evaluate all nursing service functions and activities for assigned patient care unit
- Complete concurrent chart audits to ensure charting within the EMR is complete, accurate, and specific to patients' diagnosis, plan of care, and core measures
- Coordinate staff educational needs and implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Communicate with courtesy when interacting with internal or external customers
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of one-year hospital acute care RN nursing experience and one-year prior leadership experience
- Current valid Florida State Board of Nursing Registered Professional Nurse license
