Job Title: Registered Nurse Assistant Manager Med Surg

AdventHealth Florida is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Assistant Manager, Med Surg / Telemetry. This is a full-time position with a 38-hour workweek, working 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and leadership to the Med Surg / Telemetry team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one-year hospital acute care RN nursing experience and one-year prior leadership experience
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • BSN preferred
  • Current valid Florida State Board of Nursing Registered Professional Nurse license
