**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Med Surg / Telemetry. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Med Surg / Telemetry unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the daily operations of the Med Surg / Telemetry unit
* Ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of one-year hospital acute care RN nursing experience and one-year prior leadership experience
* BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* BSN preferred
* Current valid Florida State Board of Nursing Registered Professional Nurse license
