Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Med Surg Float Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least 2 years of RN experience
