Job Title: Office Administrator

At HouseMaster, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our Office Manager and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other industry partners.
  • Manage phone coverage during business hours, responding to calls and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Book home inspections and coordinate with clients and referral partners.
  • Assist in creating and implementing an achievable office plan to promote structure and organization.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or office management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.
  • Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
