Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain records of incoming invoices and payments using QuickBooks, and handle customer inquiries related to accounts to ensure precise record-keeping and resolution of issues. Monitor and report on financial transactions and office operations.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and suppliers to maintain and build relationships, focusing on customer retention. Follow up with the current customer base to drive business growth, and provide effective customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support for various office functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Support hiring and onboarding processes.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for raw materials and orders. Schedule customer shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Assist in monitoring and improving office operations to enhance efficiency.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in record keeping, data entry, or bookkeeping with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette and effective customer support skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills and a positive attitude towards team members.
- Responsible, self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude looking for long-term growth with the company.
