Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide support to management and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills and previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and maintain records of incoming invoices and payments using QuickBooks, and handle customer inquiries related to accounts to ensure precise record-keeping and resolution of issues.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and suppliers to maintain and build relationships, focusing on customer retention.
  • Provide administrative support for various office functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for raw materials and orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in record keeping, data entry, or bookkeeping with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Professional phone etiquette and effective customer support skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills and a positive attitude towards team members.
Work Environment

Monday thru Thursday 6:00AM to 4:30PM

Compensation

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
