Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR and Accounting department. This is a temporary to hire position located in the North Shore.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Accounting department, including managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with onboarding, coordinate I9 management, and assist with ad hoc tasks.
  • Track office supply inventory, distribute mail, and maintain purchase orders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and support the HR team with special projects.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience working in an HR environment and data entry in ADP Workforce is preferred.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm.
