Job Title: Bank Client Support Specialist

Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading bank to find a skilled Client Support Specialist with a background in banking/finance customer service. As a Bank Client Support Specialist, your role will involve facilitating the financial security of our members by engaging in needs-based sales and service conversations related to a single Banking line of business or product set.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming member calls and online messages in a fast-paced environment
  • Use effective communication, probing questions, and critical thinking skills to identify member needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our banking products to attract new members and enhance relationships with current members
  • Advise and educate members
  • Deliver outstanding member service by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with members
