- Hardware Solutions: Coordinate and install hardware solutions at retail stores, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing, ad-hoc support to customers, addressing any challenges or concerns they may have.
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project management and installations.
- 2+ years of experience in installing and configuring hardware solutions in a retail environment.
- Strong customer and project management focus, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases relevant to project management.
- Independent thinker with a strategic mindset and strong organizational skills.
