Job Description:

At Bank of America, we strive to create a workplace where our teammates can grow and thrive. As a Credit Servicing Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for loan system and general ledger account reconciliation
  • Resolve aged items in accounts and monitor system rejects
  • Perform limited variance analysis at the request of finance partners
  • Initiate maintenance requests for general ledger accounts and post transactions to customer accounts
  • Clear items rejected from automated processes and perform maintenance to customer accounts
  • Research and correct problems, prepare and process general ledger entries, and monitor ticklers
  • Input and balance batch work to the loan system and provide specialized processing support

Requirements:

  • Financial industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail for a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to toggle through computer platforms with ease
  • History of managing pipeline queues and meeting established business metrics
  • Ability to provide internal and external customers with the highest quality of customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of loan servicing experience
  • Knowledge of LoanIQ, iCon, BOSS, Navigator, and SalesLogix
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Commercial loan experience
